Glasgow Park in Newark, DE will be alive with activity on June 9 & 10 as Concord Pet hosts the second annual Pets in the Park. All dogs and their families are cordially invited to this free event.
On both days, Pets in the Park will feature games and activities for kids including a moon bounce, petting zoo, and face-painting. The Disc-Connected K9s will make multiple performances and there will be a Big Air Wave contest at Dock Dogs Pool. Food trucks and vendors with free samples and prizes will be on-site.
On June 10, there will be a 5k to benefit Friends of County K9 of New Castle County. While this race is not available to dogs, pets and their owners are welcome to sign up for the 2 mile dog walk. Register here before June 8th at noon, or register at the event starting at 7 AM.
